What is spyware?

In our days spyware become the most popular and common type of malicious software in the internet. They usually ask you to install them, but these messages are mixed among the others that almost make no sense. And of course avoid surfing different dubious websites. If you will download from trusted locations you almost have no chances of infecting your PC.
